The Amazon A9 algorithm is the system created by Amazon as a way to determine  product rank within the Amazon search engine. Similar to Google's algorithms, factors such as keywords and the number of reviews are taken into consideration when determining relevant search results.

Eighty-nine percent of consumers are more likely to buy from Amazon than any other eCommerce company (Forbes).
